01How long is the performance?
The performance is approximately 75 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session to allow time for admission and finding your seat.
02Do I need to understand Chinese?
The production uses visual storytelling, music and movement. The dialogue is in Chinese. Please contact the theatre to confirm the availability and terms of any translation equipment for your visit.
03Can I choose an exact seat?
This preview lets you choose a ticket category. Exact seat selection and allocation depend on the theatre’s ticketing system and will be confirmed before live sales open.
04Will I receive a ticket after booking here?
This is a development preview. Demo bookings are saved, but no money is charged and no valid ticket or email is issued. Please use the existing official ticketing channel for an actual visit.
05What if my plans change?
You can cancel a demo booking from My booking. The commercial refund, cancellation and rescheduling policies for live tickets are still to be confirmed.
